Red Seal certified Craig Domville was born in Halifax but trained and apprenticed in Toronto and went on to become an award-winning Executive Chef. You may have seen him in Gourmet magazine or several newspapers such as The Star and The Globe and Mail.
After moving to the Ottawa area and expanding his resume at places like The Four Seasons and NAC, Craig was drawn to the retirement home industry and achieved the highest satisfaction score countywide.
While he’s not busy creating in the kitchen, Craig enjoys spending time with his two wonderful daughters and is a competitive scratch golfer.
